At Devi, we strive to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy under the following terms:

🔁 Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., fall/pico done)
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale
  • Customized or made-to-order products

📦 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 15 days of delivery
  • Share your order details and reason for return
  • Our team will arrange pickup or guide you with return shipping

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be chargeable depending on location
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
