At Devi, we strive to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy under the following terms:
🔁 Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags intact
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., fall/pico done)
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale
- Customized or made-to-order products
📦 Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 15 days of delivery
- Share your order details and reason for return
- Our team will arrange pickup or guide you with return shipping
💰 Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be chargeable depending on location
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
